(Liberty Bell) – The wife of a decorated combat veteran who was inside the Capitol building when things went sideways at the protest that took place back in January suffered a miscarriage just one day after the FBI raided the couple’s home.
According to a report from Gateway Pundit, Christopher Kuehne says that he had taken a trip to the Capitol in order to help provide protection for Trump-supporting individuals from radicals in the left-wing terrorist organization Antifa. Once inside the Capitol, he can be seen on video cleaning up trash, just before helping to clear people out so police could help bring order to the chaos.
On February 11, Kuehne, his pregnant wife Annette, and their four-year-old child woke up to sirens and cell phone rings, along with colored lights reflecting in their windows.
“The FBI instructed Chris to come outside immediately. Our 4-year-old was awakened from the chaos. I picked him up and ran downstairs to open the front door. Our house was completely surrounded by armed FBI and law enforcement, armored tactical vehicles, and police vehicles that extended throughout the community. For a second, I didn’t realize that there were about twenty FBI SWAT Team members with semi-automatic rifles pointed at my son and I because I was distracted by the bright red lasers pointed at our faces, chests, and various points on my 4-year-old son and I,” Annette said in a statement that she wrote and handed over to the Gateway Pundit for publication.
Annette went on to write, “there is a bite in the air, snow still on the ground, our 4-year-old is crying and with guns drawn FBI SWAT storm through as I carried my son barefoot in the cold. Hours later, after the FBI left our home, I found myself on the phone calling anyone I could think of for help. Neighbors contacted me to ask if I needed anything, as I was in shock from what just happened. I didn’t realize what else was happening, as if this isn’t enough.”
The very next day, Annette had to go to the hospital because she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen and experienced bleeding. The cause of the discomfort was the baby she was carrying.
“While in the doctor’s office, a nurse comes into the room and tells me that I need to have emergency surgery or I will bleed to death. She then escorts me to the emergency department,” Annette said. “I lost the baby.”
“To make matters worse, there was no way I could contact Chris at home to notify him of what was happening. I contacted a neighbor to inform Chris that I would be in immediate emergency surgery. I later found out that when the neighbor told Chris what was happening, he just broke down and cried uncontrollably with no way to go to, help, and comfort me,” she went on to explain.
Chris was released later on that day, the afternoon following the FBI raid, and the case was then handed over to Washington, D.C. He is currently being charged with Conspiracy, Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting. He’s also facing charges of Obstruction of Law Enforcement During Civil Disorder and Aiding and Abetting; Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds and Carrying a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon; Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds and Carrying a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon.
Kuehne is a decorated combat veteran having received numerous medals and several awards including the Purple Heart, a Navy Commendation Medal with Valor, and a Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal with Valor for actions taken during combat.
This is a man who has served his country in the military for over 20 years. He’s even been given the Medal of Merit from the Boy Scouts of America for actions taken that involved skills and ideals he learned from scouting to save his sister’s life from a burning car when he was just 9-years-old.
Annette later explained that Chris “was injured in Ramadi, Iraq when an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) exploded just feet away throwing him in the air and then thrusting him to the ground. Consequently, Chris has had numerous back surgeries and surgeries relating to his injuries. He also suffers from chronic PTSD, TBI (often described/referred/or known as the ‘invisible wounds’), and a host of other medical illnesses, injuries, and conditions.”
Chris still maintains that he was unarmed and no altercations with police. If you look at the video of the protest you can see him picking up trash. The family says that Kuehne was very concerned about the safety of individuals who would be attending the event, fearful they would be assaulted by Antifa just for openly supporting Donald Trump.
The media has been trying to destroy his reputation by trying to pass around a narrative that he is a member of the Proud Boys. The Gateway Pundit has confirmed that Keuhne is not a member of the group, though he was friendly with a few of the members that belong to the group.
“Chris has personally sacrificed his blood, sweat, and tears serving our country. Can you please help support a retired Combat Veteran Christopher Kuehne in his fight for freedom? I am asking for prayers and any donations to assist in this costly legal process,” his wife said in her statement.
