Graham Demands The FBI Reveal Crucial Info About 2018 Russia Hearing, Accuses Bureau Of This

(Liberty Bell) – The mainstream media won’t touch any of this with a 10’ foot poll, but never have we known more about the full extent of the corruption that took place within the federal government during the 2016 election.

It’s explosive, and as it continues to come out, the Biden campaign and the Deep State Democrats are going to fight to prevent it from being exposed–and to maintain their stranglehold on power in the Swamp.

This week, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham sent FBI Director Christopher Wray a letter demanding that the bureau provide the panel with information about a 2018 briefing they were given on the Russia collusion probe.

Just the News reports:

Graham, R-S.C., said that the law enforcement agency’s briefing outline, which was recently declassified by Attorney General William Barr earlier this month, conveyed inaccurate information to senators that agents knew to be false.

Graham’s letter identified three statements in the briefing outline he said were known by the FBI to be untrue. He said that the Steele Dossier’s Primary Sub-source in 2017 made statements during interviews that undercut the validity of the dossier.

“The result of those interviews was that the Primary Sub-source largely discredited the dossier and the way that Steele reported and characterized the information the Primary Sub-source had given him,” Graham’s letter read.

“Yet, in the outline of FBI’s briefing to the Intelligence Committee, it states that: (1) the Primary Sub-source ‘did not cite any significant concerns with the way his reporting was characterized in the dossier to the extent he could identify it’; (2) ‘[a]t minimum, our discussions with [the Primary Sub-source] confirm that the dossier was not fabricated by Steele’; and (3) the Primary Sub-source ‘maintains trusted relationships with individuals who are capable of reporting on the material he collected for Steele.'”

“Each of these statements is clearly inaccurate based on information uncovered as part of my investigation into Crossfire Hurricane and the 2019 report on Crossfire Hurricane and the Carter Page FISA applications by the Office of the Inspector General,” Graham said. “More importantly, however, is the fact that, based on its interviews with the Primary Sub-source, the FBI knew each of these statements was inaccurate at the time they were included in the outline for the briefing of the Intelligence Committee.”

Graham insisted Wray provide him with a list of every FBI employee involved in the creation of the outline for the 2018 briefing, as well as “all documents and communications that were relied upon to draft that outline.”

Additionally, he called for Wray to provide “the name and position of each individual at FBI who attended the briefing and the name and position of the primary briefer,” as well as “all documents and communications that outline or were otherwise used by individuals at the FBI to brief congressional committees or members of Congress regarding Crossfire Hurricane, the Steele dossier, or the Carter Page FISA applications.”

Graham gave Wray a Friday deadline to hand this crucial information over.

  1. It must be getting close to election time as Lindsey Graham is walking the walk instead of his usual promises as in his talking the talk. Where have you been Lindsey? We’ve all been waiting on you and now time may be running out for you if you don’t win reelection and the Senate stays Red. I would be willing to bet that after the Nov election, come what may, things will be quiet again until maybe come the next election. The Graham MO!

  2. Doesn’t Wray work for Barr? Why would Graham have to demand. If Barr has a reason for not wanting the document released why doesn’t he simple call Graham and tell him? or fire Wray??? I’ve voted as a Republican since 1960. I don’t know why we insist on beating ourselves?? Trump is the only guy I trust.

  3. Do something other than talk. If it is as bad as you claim, then prosecute or fire some of them while you still have the power to do so. As we know from the 2018 elections, you may not always have the power to do something. Lets not squander the opportunity again.

  4. Graham is doing all he can to expose the corruption, but he can’t indict those involved, That’s up to the Justice Dept.

The problem with the Deep State is that it protects its own. Most people don’t appreciate the power of the federal bureaucracy that outlasts the changes in administration and party in control. That’s why economist Robert Higgs calls our system ‘“Participatory fascism, because, although we get to vote every two years, the effective operation of the government, set in place by statist politicians, just keeps rolling along as It is largely impervious to the democratic process.

  5. Graham talks a lot, but he never does anything. The message for the honorable senator is the following. You are in a position where you can do something to rectify the situation. So, why don’t you quit running your mouth and actually do something? What have you done to bring the criminals to justice as the head of the Senate Judiciary Committee? You have talked a lot about what you are going to do, but you have done nothing!

  6. They all are traitors to America & the office they raised their right hand & swore under oath they would defend & protect the United States.
They set their own agenda above their oath, to God & Country. Both have consequences .
Men have been, hung or shot for less .

  7. Deadlines, deadlines. They don’t mean a thing to the FBI.

Christopher Wray has been stonewalling the Senate since he accepted the job. There has to be a reason; and no matter how you look at it, that reason can’t be for good.

As with all other political messes, it has always been proven in the final outcome to be nothing more than stalling; to protect buddies and cohorts from embarrassment, or to run out the statutes so they can’t be charged criminally, or to wait out the clock on retirement.
